Starter is €99 a month, Pro €249, Scale €599, and annual billing takes 20 percent off. Above Scale we price on volume rather than per seat.

Where does candidate data live?

EU-based servers. Full data subject rights. AES-256 encryption for stored data. TLS 1.3 for all connections. Candidate recordings and data are never used to train AI models. Set custom retention periods. Auto-delete after expiry.

What does this actually cost me per hire?

Nothing, compared to what you're spending now. 10 phone screens per week × 45 min × €50/hr loaded cost = €375/week = €1,500/month. StormInterview Starter is €99/month. Pro is €249/month, or €199/month billed yearly. The question is not whether you can afford it. The question is how much longer you're willing to bleed €1,500/month on phone screens.

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required. You can invite real candidates, review real responses, and experience the full product before you commit.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Create your first interview template, add your questions, share the link. No IT ticket, no integration required, no onboarding call. If you can use Google Forms, you can use StormInterview.

What happens to candidate recordings?

All recordings and data are stored on EU-based servers (GDPR compliant). Recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit. You control the retention period. We never use candidate data for AI training.

What ATS integrations do you support?

Ashby is available today: candidate notes and AI scores are sent automatically through the RPC API when a candidate finishes an interview. We also support generic webhooks with HMAC-SHA256 signing for webhook-enabled systems.

How is this different from a Zoom interview?

Zoom is synchronous: everyone has to be online at the same time. StormInterview is async: candidates record when they want, you review when you want. You also get structured, comparable answers and AI scoring instead of scattered notes. A 45-minute Zoom call becomes a 5-minute review.

How does AI scoring work?

Every candidate receives the same configured questions and criteria. AI scoring provides a written explanation based on the answer. You make the decision.

What languages does AI transcription support?

40+ languages including English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and many more. The AI automatically detects the spoken language and transcribes accordingly.

Can candidates complete the interview on their phone?

Absolutely. StormInterview is fully mobile-optimized. Candidates can record video answers, complete code challenges, answer written questions, and finish any question type from iOS or Android. No app required.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes, from the Starter plan. Add your company logo, set brand colors, write a custom welcome message, and even use a custom subdomain (company.storminterview.com). On Pro, you can also send invitations from your own SMTP server.
